This customer order was to make a covering part for an outpatient operating chair. The motors for lifting and reclining had to be visually well concealed and at the same time fulfil all functional purposes. Quick and simple disassembly for maintenance work – in addition to an attractive price, this was one of the most important requirements for this product. Based on the supplied CAD data, our team developed a two-part solution with subsequent connection by means of internally glued tabs.
